Battery is empty or can no longer be charged. What can I do?

• Was the original charger and charging cable used?

                     The basic package includes the following charger and charging cable:

                    

The included charger is designed for fast charging. Simple, often cheap chargers do not have the required power.

Therefore, only charge the device with the original charger!

• Does the device charge with original charger and charging cable?

                     After a successful (full) charge, the LED should light up green.

                     The charging time to full charge is approx. 4-5 hours.

• No analysis appointments planned for a long time? This is the best way to store the analyzer:

                     Charge the device before storing it in the case.

                     A charge of approx. 80% is optimal.
