Delete uVida account - how it is done

If you want to delete your uVida account via the app, proceed as follows:

Go to your profile in the uVida app and click on Account | Details | Delete Account

Important information:

  • All data will then be irrevocably deleted. We therefore recommend that you back up your uVida analysis data in advance. Your trainer can send you an analysis PDF with your results. 
  • However, deleting the account does not delete the Premium subscription to the app. This must be done separately. You can also find the instructions for this in the Help Center:
