How do I add a user to my uVida training facility?
Customer is already registered with uVida?
Open the uVida app. Use the plus button "New" and go to "Invite user". You have two options here:
- QR Code: The new customer can scan the QR code using their smartphone camera.
- Email Invitation: You can send an email to the customer with an invitation to your training facility.
Note: If you make appointments with new customers in the future, you can send them a link to register for your training facility by email before the appointment via the "Invite user" button.Customer not yet registered with uVida?
Open the uVida app. Use the plus button "New" and go to "Create user". Go through the registration process together with your new customer. You will then find the customer in your user list and can perform the analysis.
The customer will receive an email after registration. In the next step, they can confirm the account and set a password and then download the uVida app.
