How to redeem voucher codes (APPLE)

Instructions for Apple device users
Here you will find a description of how to redeem a voucher code for a subscription to the uVida app.

STEP 1: Add a payment method to your Apple ID
  1. As this is a subscription with regular automatic renewal, a payment method must be stored for possible later debits. You can deactivate the automatic renewal at any time before it expires in your account settings and thus cancel your uVida subscription. You will find a detailed explanation in step 4.
Important: This step is required to redeem the voucher code!

STEP 2: Install the uVida app and log in
  1. Download the uVida app from the AppStore: uVida App
  2.  Log in to the uVida app (if you already have an account) or complete registration

STEP 3: Redeem voucher code
  1. Open the AppStore 
  2. Open profile settings in the AppStore by clicking on profile picture in the top right corner
  3. Select "Redeem cards or code"
  4. Select "Enter code manually"
  5. Now enter and redeem the voucher code
PREMIUM function is now activated in the uVida app.

STEP 4: End automatic renewal of the subscription or cancel subscription

  1. Open the Apple settings
  2. Click on your name at the top 
  3. Subscriptions -> uVida 
  4. Click on "Cancel subscription"

Important note: This is a subscription that is automatically renewed after expiry. After step 4, the subscription will no longer be automatically renewed and will only run until the specified date.
