I have not received an email to confirm my account. What can I do?
Step 1: Please check whether the email confirming the email address may have ended up in the spam folder.
Step 2: Was the email address entered correctly during registration?
- The trainer can view the customer's email address in the trainer login.
- To do this: Click on the respective user account | Click on the customer's profile picture | Account | Details
- If the email address has been entered incorrectly here, please send us an email to support@uvida.de with the correct email address. The support team will adjust the email address after a short verification process.
