My units of Polar are not transferred
The prerequisite is that you have an existing Polar Flow account and have linked it to the uVida app.

If this requirement is met, the Polar units will be synchronized with uVida.
Synchronization usually happens very quickly. However, it can also take up to 30 minutes, which unfortunately we cannot change, as this is transmitted by Polar.
