Customer portal - Everything at a glance
It is not necessary to register for our customer portal, but it is highly recommended! Here you can keep track of all invoices, subscriptions and payments made.
Log in / register for the customer portal
After starting the subscription, you will receive an email with all the details about the subscription.
Here you will also find the link to the customer portal. You can use this to either log in with your existing account or register a new one.
Please note: To log in to the customer portal, use the email address to which you received the invoice.
Subscription payment methods - deposit direct debit or credit card
You can find all invoices in the customer portal and pay any outstanding invoices here.
Alternatively, if you do not use the customer portal, you will find the 'Pay now' button in the emails we send you with your invoices.
Possible payment methods:
- SEPA direct debit mandate (GoCardless)
- Credit card
Please note: The payment method cannot be subsequently changed from SEPA to credit card or vice versa. Please note this before selecting the payment method.
Automated direct debit
To avoid having to pay the invoice manually every month, you can authorize uVida to automatically collect the outstanding invoice amounts in future when you enter the data for the SEPA direct debit mandate or credit card.
The direct debit only applies to the subscription for which the automatic debit was authorized and not for other invoices.
