The analyzer is not displayed in the app - what can I do?

1. Charge the device

When the device is fully charged, the LED color changes from orange to green. The charging time until fully charged is approx. five hours. 
Tip: Charge the device overnight!

2. Switch on the device
Switch on the device using the power button on the arm unit.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth + allow app access
Make sure that the Bluetooth of your technical end device (e.g. tablet or smartphone) is turned on.
Then go to the app settings and allow the DYNOSTICS by uVida app to access the Bluetooth.


4. Open the DYNOSTICS by uVida app + connect the analysis device
Start a food or activity analysis via the trainer login in the uVida app. You will then be automatically directed to the DYNOSTICS by uVida app. Here you go through the steps up to the preparation step "Pair analyzer". In this step, you will be shown the serial number of the analysis device. Establish the connection to the device by clicking on the field with the serial number in the app.
