I receive the error message that the email address is already linked to a user account. How should I proceed?

The email address you entered is already registered with a user account, which means you have already completed registration with uVida.

Log in to the uVida app with your email address. If you no longer remember your password, you can reset your password using the 'Login Help' button.

The uVida partner can either search for you via the user list if they have already tested you once, or they can add you to their training facility using the 'Invite User' function if you have not yet completed an analysis with them.
