It may happen that an analysis cannot be evaluated immediately. This happens rarely and can have various causes. A manual evaluation does not necessarily indicate an error. The sports science team at the uVida Academy checks and corrects these analyses manually within 24 hours. In this way, the quality of the results can also be guaranteed in these cases! After the manual evaluation, the customer and the trainer will find the evaluation in the customer account as usual. If measurement errors are identified in an analysis and an analysis cannot be evaluated as a result, we will inform you promptly.
Subsequent correction
Every analysis is checked within 24 hours by the uVida Academy sports science team. If inaccuracies are detected, the analysis will be corrected. The coach and the athlete will be informed of this by email and the revised analysis can then be found in the customer account as usual.
