High fat percentage as a result of the Food analysis - what is the correct interpretation here?

Measurements with 85% fat metabolism (i.e. "0% KH") will always appear from time to time and are usually plausible. These evaluations are due to a very low respiratory quotient. At this point there is a fat metabolism dominance. The body draws most of its energy from fats. This has many health benefits and is a positive result in most cases.

However, there is one exception to this:

Test subjects who are overweight/severely overweight sometimes also show a high fat metabolism in their results. A high body fat percentage also leads to a high concentration of free fatty acids in the blood. These free fatty acids are used in the metabolism as they are available to the body in large quantities.
Of course, this is not a "good/desirable" fat metabolism dominance. This metabolic process is not desirable! A high fat content and a high concentration of free fatty acids harbors health risk factors. The only way back to a healthy metabolic situation here is a sustainable weight reduction.
